• ขั้นที่ 1 การเตรียมพื้นผิว

• • พื้นผิวเหล็ก : ใช้แปรงลวดขูดบริเวณที่เป็นสนิมเพื่อเอาส่วนของสะเก็ดสนิมออก เช็ดผงสนิมออกและล้างออกให้สะอาด ทิ้งไว้ให้แห้ง 
  • พื้นผิวไม้ : ขัดพื้นผิวไม้ให้เรียบและทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวให้ปราศจากคราบฝุ่นผง
• ขั้นที่ 2 การทาสีรองพื้น 

• • พื้นผิวเหล็ก : ทาสีรองพื้นกันสนิม สีแดง KP024 หรือ กระทิง สีรองพื้นกันสนิมสีเทา KP040 จำนวน 1 เที่ยว
  • พื้นผิวไม้ : ทาสีรองพื้นไม้กันเชื้อรา ขาวด้าน KP600 จำนวน 1 เที่ยว
• ขั้นที่ 3 การทาสีทับหน้า 

• • ทาทับด้วยสีเคบลือบเงากระทิงจำนวน 2 เที่ยว

 Product use process 
 Step 1 Surface Preparation 
  New plaster surface :

• must be completely dry. Clean, free from grease and dust, and with a moisture content of not more than 14%.

  Old plaster surface :

• The part that is moldy or moss must be scrubbed and washed with Bayer Mouldfree M 001 to repair cracks. on the surface too Bayer Acrylic Filler #200

 Step 2 Primer painting 
  Steel surface :

• Paint primer paint red KP024 or bull, primer paint KP040 gray paint 1 coat

  Wood surface :

•  paint primer paint white matt KP600 amount 1 coat.

 Step 3 Paint the topcoat 

• topcoat Then paint over it with 2 coats of bull varnish.
